Sydney is a warm, compassionate therapist who works with individuals navigating the perinatal period and the profound individual and relational transitions that can come with pregnancy, birth, parenting, and identity shifts. She is continually moved by the vulnerability and resilience of her clients and is humbled by the opportunity to connect and be a part of their therapeutic process.

As a parent to three young children, Sydney has personally experienced the complexities of the perinatal period, including loss, birth trauma, a NICU stay, breastfeeding challenges, and the shifting sense of relationships and identity that often accompanies parenthood. These experiences have deeply shaped her understanding of how profoundly life can change during this time and how difficult it can be to navigate the uncertainty, overwhelm, and intensity that come with it.

Drawing from attachment theory and polyvagal theory, Sydney offers an integrative and trauma-sensitive space to process past and present experiences—including birth trauma, childhood wounds, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Her work often explores reparenting, nervous system regulation, the mind-body connection, and finding meaningful ways to connect more deeply with oneself and others.

Sydney holds a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health and has pursued specialized training in perinatal grief and loss, reproductive and birth trauma, and trauma reprocessing approaches. Her background also includes training in lactation, peer support, and anti-racism and inclusion, enriching her ability to hold space for the layered experiences of early parenthood.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded in authenticity, with an emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, inclusive, and attuned to each client’s needs. She is passionate about supporting clients in uncovering their inner wisdom, making sense of their experiences, and moving toward greater connection with themselves and others.
